Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SBALendersUSA.com (the “Site”), operated by Battle LLC under the SBALendersUSA brand (“SBALendersUSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing the Site, submitting the lender match form, or creating a lender account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What SBALendersUSA is, and what it is not

SBALendersUSA is an independent directory of institutions that participate in SBA lending programs. We are not a lender, a loan broker, a credit services organization, or a financial advisor. We do not originate, underwrite, fund, or guarantee loans, and we receive no fee from any loan transaction.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration or any government agency. “SBA” is used on the Site solely to describe the loan programs the listed institutions participate in.

Directory information and accuracy

Listing information is compiled from public records, including federal 7(a) lending data, and enriched with publicly available contact details and Google ratings. We work to keep it current, but lender details change: institutions merge, branches close, phone numbers move, and lending appetites shift.

You are responsible for verifying any information, including rates, eligibility, contact details, and lending status, directly with the lender before relying on it. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or lending advice, and inclusion in the directory is not a recommendation or endorsement of any lender. We make no guarantee that any lender will approve any loan.

Featured listings are paid placements

Lenders can pay for featured placement on the Site. Featured listings appear above other listings on state pages and may rotate through the homepage. Every featured listing is labeled “Featured.” Paid placement affects position and labeling only; it does not change the underlying listing data, ratings, or reviews shown.

Lender accounts

Lending teams may create accounts to claim and manage listings. By creating an account you agree that:

• You are authorized to represent the institution whose listing you claim
• All information you submit is accurate, current, and not misleading
• We may verify your affiliation, including through a work-email domain check
• We may edit, suspend, or remove any listing, account, or featured placement at our discretion, including for inaccurate or misleading content or non-payment
• Featured listing subscriptions are billed through Stripe, renew monthly, and can be canceled anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and placement ends at the close of the paid period

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract directory data for resale or to build a competing service
• Submit false leads, impersonate another person or institution, or claim a listing you are not authorized to manage
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, probe its security, or circumvent access controls

Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, compilation, and arrangement are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Underlying public facts, such as a lender's name and address, are not claimed as proprietary. Lender names and logos belong to their respective institutions.

Third-party sites and services

The Site links to lender websites and other third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Your dealings with any lender, including any loan application, are solely between you and that lender.

SMS / text messaging terms

These terms govern the SMS/text messaging program operated by SBALendersUSA (Battle LLC).

Program. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our forms, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from SBALendersUSA, such as your lender matches, SBA loan updates, and occasional promotional offers. Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the directory or of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply and are charged by your wireless carrier.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may opt back in by signing up again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBALendersUSA and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SBALendersUSA harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submit through a lender account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your State], and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will post a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
