Who we are

SBALendersUSA.com (“SBALendersUSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand operated by Battle LLC. We run an independent online directory of SBA lenders in the United States. We are not a lender, a loan broker, or a government agency, and we are not affiliated with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to sbalendersusa.com and any page that links to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us. If you use the lender match form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, the state where your business operates, your requested loan size range, and your funding timeline. If you claim a lender listing, we collect your work email address and the listing details you submit.
• Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our analytics provider collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies: pages visited, links clicked, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type, and browser type.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Build and show you your lender shortlist
• Email you your results, and — when you submit a form — SBA lending tips, product updates, and promotional offers (you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time)
• Send you SMS/text messages if you opt in (see the mobile information section below)
• Operate, maintain, and improve the directory
• Respond to questions and support requests
• Verify lender accounts and process featured listing subscriptions
• Measure how the site is used so we can make it better

How we share lead information

This is the promise the site is built on: we share your contact information only with lenders you approve. We do not sell your information, auction your phone number, or pass your details to broker lists. If you submit the match form and never approve a lender, your contact information stays with us and goes nowhere.

We may share information with service providers who help us run the site (for example, hosting and payment processing), but only as needed to provide their service and under obligations to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SBALendersUSA or others.

Cookies and consent

We use essential cookies that make the site work, and analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use it. Where consent is required, analytics cookies load only after you accept them through the cookie notice. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; the directory remains fully usable without analytics cookies.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure site traffic and usage patterns. GA4 collects pseudonymous identifiers, page interactions, and approximate location. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by declining analytics cookies.

Mobile information and SMS messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from SBALendersUSA (operated by Battle LLC), the following terms apply. Providing SMS consent is never required to use the directory or any of our services.

Consent. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our forms, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from SBALendersUSA, such as your lender matches, SBA loan updates, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data we collect via SMS. Your phone number, the consent record (the date, time, and source of your opt-in), and message delivery status.

How we use it. Solely to send the message types you consented to and to honor opt-out requests.

Opt-out and retention. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We retain your opt-out request as required to honor it and to comply with applicable law, and we stop sending messages promptly after an opt-out.

Data retention

We keep match form submissions for up to 24 months from the date you submit them, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Lender account information is kept for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's settings, currently 14 months.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sharing it with any lender going forward. Email privacy@sbalendersusa.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what categories of information we collect and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We honor these requests regardless of your state.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and lending professionals. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will post a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
